SM Cebu WiFi: Now Available

I am currently trying out SM's WiFi and for something that is free...it's not so bad...the best is right in front of PC Quick Buys and Ruiz Derma Clinic...expect a few flactuations now and then...i better cut this short since there is someone beside me, nagging his ass off...
